As many of you know George is scheduled for eye surgery in September, but due to his ill health at this time I do not know if he will be cleared for the surgery, so I do not know if we will have to cancel some classes. This would only affect the Thursday afternoon classes at Pompano IF he does get the surgery. 2010 CRUISE NEWS UPDATE
AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

importantStella Cabeca is requesting that all persons booked for her 2010 line dance cruise contact Nancy NOW with their dining room seating requests. There are limited tables that will seat 8 and these will fill up quickly. Nancy can be reached at Pleasure Travel 954.432.5660 or 800.338.8443

We have booked an early seating block for our group dining for 5 nights out of the 7 nights, so that we can all be together and see the shows and then have open dance on the deck at night.

When you first get on board the ship, please go to the Lido and eat, then we will have our cocktail party and dancing in the big dance bar that evening until 9 P.M. This will be the first time that we have our private cocktail party and then open dance in the same place, which is a fantastic circular bar with a big open dance area that we will be using throughout the week for our classes and for some dance lessons for the passengers.

After the opening night cocktail party and open dance, you can eat free in the main dining rooms or eat freestyle as there will be no deck dancing that night.

NEW ADVANCED DANCES;
I try to keep us all in tune with the rest of the mainstream, with dances that I feel will appeal to all my students and still be challenging and that will for those of you who do travel to events give you a chance to dance and enjoy at the events, such dances seem to have a mass appeal and are played more often at events and in other parts of the world. When our snowbirds come in I love that we can sometimes enjoy the some of the same dances. Just the other day had dancers from Sweden and Germany able to step on the floor and dance with us .So my intention is to from time to time teach some of the more challenging dances that we would do at a workshop level in the classes especially if it is a dance that I feel has that mass appeal and you will get to enjoy for a while.So I will announce it ahead of time and devote that particular class to those dances. So far has been the best summer ever so lets keep going and as you know my goal is to keep you all happy and dancing every week.IF YOU ARE HAPPY I AM HAPPY your teacher Stella Cabeca
